Dying and remembering

We can’t help ourselves but cry when someone is dead especially if the dead is our loved one whom we really cared. I still mourn for the loss of my patients who are really nice to me and my pain is even greater each time I see the tokens they gave me. Just a month ago, I received a very nice shoe from an 87 year old patient who really insisted that it be delivered to me from the states a day before her death. It appeared to me that the patient was aware that she’s about to die and she really wanted me to see her presence everyday.
