First time offenders can’t take away the guilt right away

A conscientious person who commits a sin for the first time will feel uneasy and restless to the extent that he may look abnormal while the professional offender doesn’t look affected or bothered at all. At one time, i saw a male nurse in the hospital who followed me from one room to another until I was about to leave the floor. But when I asked him if something was wrong, he turned pale white and confessed that my patient scolded him since he pushed an IV medicine so fast that the patient complained of pain. And when I asked him what medicine and he said mannitol, I assured him that it could cause the pain but he needs to be careful next time. No harm was actually done to the patient.
