It’s hard to bend an old bsmboo

Being younger doesn’t give us the right to reprimand our elders even if we believed that we are right. I saw a 70 year old lady who scolded her 86 year old sister. And when I stopped the younger sister, she said sorry but she did it because somebody must tell that to her sister. And after treating her sister, the younger one told me that she gave me the right to reprimand the older one. Being old is not an excuse to be free from scold and the older a person gets, the harder that person to be corrected. That’s why it’s better to hit the young with an iron while early because if later, it’s hard to bend a bone that is sturdy.
